Dear Ed,
I have been studying “Small Stakes Hold’em” and I see that you recommend raising preflop with a number of hands. What do you do when everyone tends to fold to your preflop raises? Do you continue playing the same way, add a few extra hands to raise with, or do you check instead of raise? Also is it worthwhile to raise with a premium hand, if it just gets you heads up with someone who will simply fold on the flop with anything but a great flop.
