In this hand, Shrike flops a set and plays it in a very typical way. He’s concerned he didn’t get the most out of the hand.

Thanks, Ed. You make some very good points, and yes, I was kicking myself for multiple reasons when I posted this hand. 90% of the time, I would have 3-bet preflop.
I also figured my call+cap on the flop was too transparen–as it proved for at least one of my two opponents.
