Ed, I remember an article you wrote about a year ago on playing more aggressive when you have to post behind the button, as well as when someone else is posting. My question is to the same rules apply on a kill pot? Especially if you are the killer, and it is folded to you(for example, in middle position), do you tend to raise on the top 50% or so of your hands? How about if you are not the killer in an unopened kill pot?
