$39.95 seems about right for a print book but too high for an e-book. have you thought of offering it as a print book through a print-on-demand service? They do all the work for you handle payment, ship book, etc. – you just send them the text file. It would put your books in the hands of more people as well.

Sorry, I have no sympathy for any 2+2 posters who complain about being censored. They have been practicing censorship for years and you participated until the censorship hit close to you.

I will never post on their forums, and what they did to Gary Carson is a shame. Now you can buy Gary’s fantastic Texas Holdem book on Amazon for 75 cents (2+2 practically owns the amazon poker book reviews) – shows how powerful 2+2 are…

My post about the release date on this book I posted on 2+2 was deleted. Man has 2+2 ever got it out for this book. This is the ONLY text I am aware of in the last several years where 2+2 has refused any reference to a text on poker.

THis is going to be a big time first class classic.

‘Most e-books I’ve seen are either free or sub $50.’

No offense, but aside from Ryan Fee’s ebook.. I feel most of the free e-book authors should pay me a small fee for the amount of time they wasted of my life. Ok, maybe not *that* bad, but there’s quite a bit of garbage out there that might beat games in 2003, not now.

(Note: I’m in no way affiliated with Ed Miller or Stox) If you haven’t taken a look at Ed’s videos over at Stox Poker yet, I would *STRONGLY* recommend it. His mini series on value betting alone would make the book worth $39.99. I can’t wait until he lays it out in print.

Personally, I have mixed feelings about the cost; I wish he would have charged more of a premium. I know that once this book is released, my 200nl games are about to get more difficult. For me, I plan to lead rather than adjust.. this book is essential to my growth and I’m sure it’ll be for most of the small stakes guys out there as well.
