Ed, I noticed that Stox is prominently displayed on 2+@. Could you let us know if 2+2 derives any revenue or benefit from its relationship with Stox?

Stoxpoker is a tremendous site.

I improved my poker game so much by reading SSHE and Matt Hilger’s book, but watching the videos and seeing the concepts actually applied by top players is helping take my game to the next level.

I started by watching Stox play FR LH, they were great for understanding how to play at the low limits.

I also love the classroom videos, especially the ones by Bryce, they are very educational and clearly explained.

With Ed joining the team it’s like Christmas has come early! I’d love to see Ed playing some Limit (even though he’s a NL lover these days), that would be amazing to watch.

For some reason the spam filter ate a lot of the comments on this thread.. but I resurrected them. My plan for my first videos at least is to go through PokerTracker and find hands that illustrate concepts, some that I’ve covered already here on NPA. So I might do a video about squeezing, and find hands where a squeeze was or wasn’t attempted and talk about the reasons for making one play or the other.

NPA definitely won’t suffer. I will crosspost any strategy stuff I write anywhere else (e.g., Card Player or Stoxpoker) over here. And some of the Stoxpoker blog posts will be crossposts of stuff I’ve posted here in the archives.

Basically, my total output won’t decrease at all.. I may just post some stuff in multiple places now, and everything significant I write about strategy will get posted here.

anyway still good decision on your part. stoxpoker is a great resource. bad luck for me, that i only have a cardrunners subscription at the moment.
