Volume II is not yet finished, and it will be quite a while until it appears. Edward and I just talked about it briefly today--he gave me a call while he was taking a break from the tables in Atlantic City. He may be able to give a more specific timeline, but my understanding is that Vol. II is not just around the corner. Don't expect it in your Christmas stocking. Pawel–

I wouldn't expect the second book to go any faster so that's at least four months assuming the manuscript was ready today, which I doubt could be possible. So I guess we are looking at six months minimum? BTW I just finished my first reading of the new book, and I think its great. It's got to be one of the best NL holdem books out there.
