I’ve been slightly slower in my updates lately because I’ve been on a sort of extended vacation. I’m back now and looking to spend more time on the site both writing Q&As and adding some new features. So stay tuned.
In the meantime, a couple of weeks ago I posted a Limit Hold’em Oldies Archive Review, and judging by the traffic, it was a pretty popular post. So I’ll dredge up some more limit hold’em goodness from the archives today.
- Sometimes getting too fancy can cost you money, as we found out in Playing a Flopped Set in a Limit Hold’em Blind Defense
- Think you can read the board in your sleep? Test yourself in Hidden Outs Revisited.
- Do you know what the Optimal Bluffing Frequency is? It’s not only for limit hold’em, but every limit player should read about it.
- Micro and Macro Poker will give you (I hope) a new perspective about how to think about poker decisions.
Enjoy the archives today, and I’ll be back soon with fresh material.

Hi!
I really like the last two!
Ed, I have to admit that I haven’t yet got my copy of your new book, so I have a question: when do expect part 2 to be available? If it’s not long to wait, then I think I could buy both parts at the same time.
