I dont know how it was done. Obviously VCPoker will not refund my money. I have all the antivirus, firewall software supposedly protecting my computer! Untill it is clear how this hacking is being done, my advice is dont leave a lot of money in your account. If anyone know how to stay safe from hackers, please let us know. Most of the "hackers" we dealt with were not out for monetary gain, merely out for "props". In essence, vandals. They would "joy-ride" the accounts they accessed to modify pages, or send emails to their friends to prove they were "the man" etc... Many were were just blind-lucky to even get in to an account.
