This is such a basic question, I'm embarrassed to ask it.
.25/.50 full ring. I have a pretty tight image, although I'd only been on the table for a couple orbits. The villain is running about 45/20 and the reason I opened the table in the first place.
I'm wondering how bad my three-bet on the flop is considering the strength of my hand and the looseness of my opponent.

Did I really mess this up? In retrospect, I feel like I should have flat called the raise, planning to c/r the turn. Thoughts? Flames? Hit me.
