It's folded to the button, what hands should you attacking with?

Logically I would want to play any hand that had an advantage vs 2 random hands, but rake must be considered and I like to have at least a slight overlay before getting involved. I've trimmed my selection to hands with 35.8% equity which gives me a 2.5% overlay vs my fair shareof 33%.

Since open limping is out of the question on the button in Limit Holdem, all of these should be raised.

My Range is
AA-44, AKs-A2s, AK-A3, KQs-K4s, KQ-K7, QJs-Q6s, QJ-Q9, JTs-J8s,JT-J9,T9s-T8s,98s

If we assume a small blind fold of 50% and a Big blind fold of 25% can we profitable open our game up even more with the added fold equity?

Clearly a higher percentage of the folds are likey to be hands I'm currently beating, so if I'm called in one or both locations my equity deminishes because I'm no longer facing 2 random hands but 2 hands in the top 75% (BB Call) or top 50% (SB Call)

It appears proper strategy here is to loosen up more the tighter the blinds play to exploit the steal possibility and to tighten up to my pre-selected range of 35.8% equity the looser the blinds play because i'm more likely to be up against the entire range of hands

How would you adjust this strategy if big blind is a defender and will 3-bet 10% of the hands he stays in with (7.5% overall) and SB 3-bets 10% (5% overall)?

If the 3-bet percentage goes up, what adjustments would you make?

I don't play limit, but this doesn't seem quite right.  It seems that the advantage of positon would be such that you would want to play without an overlay at all.

The rake takes a big chunk of equity when the hand is heads up, unlike no-limit I can't stack my opponent.  I don't think fold equity makes up for the increased number of hands (about 20) in that range.  The margins on some of the hands I suggest are razor thin anyway.
