I see poker stars is trying to stop programs that overlay and profile all the players at your table. Why dont they just allow you to play under different names. They could allow changes after every so many hours of play. That would completely defeat these profiling sites from compiling data on you that could be used against you by other players.

I have somewhat defeated them by playing the freerolls, and just check, call, fold, with all premium hands. (Its hard to lay down the nuts sometimes, but its cool when that hand shows up on my profile to prove what a fish I am.) My bluffs work great against subscribers because they think I only bet the nuts. And I catch them in many a bluffs before they catch on because they think I am easy to push off a pot. You can tell subscribers because thier info does not come up.

You could play on sites where the overlay does not work.

PKR.com is one …  although I wrote a program to profile my regular opponents based on the hand histories.  But it is only based on the hands I have played, not EVERY hand they played.
