Hi Ed,

I feel that most of your forum is geared to no-limit so I have not been active lately. I made a post on another forum and I credited my play to you or was it that I blamed you Cool

I was playing in a live 6/12 game.

Some like it and some do not. Of course, I do since it worked, this time.

Hi Mike,

I definitely would have raised preflop. You seem focused on whether you can knock people out or not with your raise, but I don’t think that should be your concern. You have a good suited hand in late position against limpers. You can raise for value.

As for your flop play, I would be 100% on board if you had raised preflop. Without the raise, the play is more borderline. You’re making a risky play in a small pot.  I don’t really like it if the table is aggro and there’s a good chance you’ll get 3-bet and/or bet into anyway on the turn. If it’s a passive table that will react often the way they did (even if MP has a queen) then I think it’s fine.

So you can credit me with the play, but only if you also raise two limpers in LP with KTs. :)
