I was at caesars playing 1-2 nl and I reraised the person on my right with the nut flush. He sat there a while (He had 2 pair) and then flipped over his cards to get a read on me. This has happed to me a few times, and I am still not sure what reaction he was looking for. Any thoughts on this play? How to use it, what to look for, and how to "fake it" to get him to call (or fold as the case might be).

I guess stare at him if you want a call. Classic strong means weak.  A qui

Otherwise, if you are afraid you’ll give something away, don’t look at his hand.  Let him make his own decisions.
