 I recently read Getting Started in Hold'em and would like to learn more about developing a short stack strategy. I understand that the strategy developed was not designed for maximum EV. What would I need to do in order to design a short stack strategy for say a short handed table? Is there a software program anyone can recommend for this? Any advice, programs, books or literature anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.
