Can’t get graphics on Pot Equity Calculator — used to. How?

Anybody,

When I first started using the Pot Equity Calculator I used to get graphics showing the cards in color.  I could copy those and insert them into other things.  MS Word for instance.

Now all I get is Ac Kd with the places where the pictures of the cards would have been blank.

What happened?  How do I correct this?
