		<description>This is something I have been coming to grips with lately.  I try to make sure I think of &quot;faders&quot; to come up with the correct decision.

I am really thinking of the faders on a mixing board, but that is because I am a musician.  What I mean by that is I think of a lot of the variables and try to give each of them a  1 to 10 sort of value and then see how things line up.</description>
